If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and would like to return them, or if different or not all of the goods ordered have been delivered, please contact us at email info@zornelli.com

RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS

In accordance with the provisions of the LR Civil Code 6.228, the following quality goods shall not be exchanged or refunded:
- Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
- Packed goods that have been unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

You cannot exercise your right to return if you have purchased: goods that are made to your specific instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and which are made according to your personal choice or instruction, or goods that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. And in other cases where the sale and purchase agreement cannot be revoked under Lithuanian law.

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you have the right to return it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without giving any reason, but:

The product must be in its original undamaged packaging and with all the parts that came with it (including accessories, attachments, etc.). If a gift was delivered with the product during the promotion, you must return the gift when returning the product.

You must keep and return to us the VAT invoice that confirms the purchase of the goods.
The goods must be in good condition, without mechanical or visible damage and without loss of merchantable appearance (clean, free of dust, food residues, unblemished surfaces, lime residues, with intact labels, protective films and other accessories of the original equipment), and without any alteration in appearance not necessary for the inspection of the goods received. 

The goods must be returned immediately and in any event within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase. The time limit will be met if the goods are returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days by you or a third party appointed or authorized by you.

If the goods are not complete, damaged, faulty or not properly packed, we have the right not to accept the goods, not to replace them and not to refund the money paid for the goods.

IMPORTANT: When you receive the goods from the courier, please make sure that the packaging is not damaged. If there are any damages, be sure to mention them in the receipt of goods from the courier. If the presence of a defect in the packaging is not noted in the acceptance document at the time of receipt of the goods, we will not be able to consider your claim for damage to the packaging and the goods contained therein in the future and they may not be accepted if you decide to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

The shop reserves the right to inspect the goods returned by consumers and purchased on the website at the gemstone testing laboratory to ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent. This applies in particular to the purchase of goods with diamonds.The shop will only issue a refund once the results of the analysis have been received. This may take up to 14 days.

The return of goods shall be subject to the Rules of Retail Trade of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), approved by Government Resolution No. 738 of year 2014.

RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT 

Returns in case of defective goods and in other cases, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.363(7)) and the Government Resolution of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of the Rules of Retail Trade, as well as with the Rules of Retail Trade themselves. 
In the event that the reason for returning the goods is the purchase of goods of inadequate quality, we shall be obliged to replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of adequate quality at our own expense or to reimburse the money paid for the goods, where the goods are of an inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer, i.e. where there are no identified damage caused by the buyer's improper use, the goods are unchanged, no parts are replaced, the serial number of the purchased goods is the same as that of the goods to be returned, and the like.

RETURN POLICY 

When returning quality goods, the buyer is responsible for:
- the packaging of the goods; 
- the delivery of the goods to the seller (unless the wrong goods are received). 
- We may refuse to accept the return of the goods if there have been changes to the appearance of the goods or the packaging which were not necessary to inspect the goods, including damaged labels, torn protective films and damage to transparent packaging which would not prevent you from exercising your right of inspection. 

Any irregularities or exceptions may be reconciled and resolved by mutual agreement between the Buyer and the Company. 
When returning purchased goods, a free-form request must be submitted, indicating all the necessary details - order number, name, product to be returned, details required for the refund - account number or other. 
The amount to be refunded may vary depending on certain circumstances - if a discount was applied at the time of purchase, if the packaging of a quality product is damaged, if the value of the quality product being returned has changed for objective reasons and it can no longer be sold for the same value as when it was first purchased. 
The customer shall bear the costs of sending back the quality product. The cost of replacing a faulty product shall be covered by the Company.

REFUND

If you return the product, we will refund all the money you have paid. In any event, no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return the product. Refunds will normally be made back to the bank account from which payment was made at the time of placing the order, or if you had chosen another payment method such as cash/bank card at the time of collection, then we will ask you to email us with the bank account to which your refund will be made. We may not refund the payment until we have recovered and checked the goods.

Unfortunately free international returns are not possible. You can return the products undamaged in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days from date of purchase, paying the shipping cost. Upon receipt of the item, it will be processed by us in accordance with our return policy. If these conditions are met, the funds will be returned in the same way that they were paid.

EXCHANGE 

Unfortunately, direct exchange is not possible. Once we receive the items, they will be processed in accordance with our return policy and the corresponding purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

If your jewelry was delivered damaged or you wish to make a claim, please contact our customer service (info@zornelli.com) as soon as possible with photos and the relevant order number. We will then notify you by email of the next steps.
